All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be completed using one of the methods available at checkout. If a pricing or technical error occurs, we may contact the customer to confirm the correct price or cancel the affected item and issue a refund.
3. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are confirmed after payment, product availability, and customer information have been verified.
We may cancel an order due to product unavailability, payment failure, incorrect information, suspected misuse, or delivery restrictions. Any eligible amount paid for a cancelled order will be refunded.
4. Shipping and Delivery
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, courier, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment is returned because of incorrect customer information or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Food, beverage, perishable, opened, used, or improperly stored products may not be eligible for return unless they were delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers should report any issue within the period stated in the Return and Refund Policy and provide the order number and supporting images when requested.
6. Order Cancellation
A customer may request cancellation before the order has been prepared or shipped. Once preparation or shipping begins, cancellation may not be possible, and the return procedure may apply.
7. Offers and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions and validity periods. Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code may be used per order, and discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, use valid payment methods, follow product storage instructions, and avoid fraudulent orders or misuse of promotions and refund procedures.
9. Website Content
The store name, logo, images, descriptions, and website content may not be copied or commercially used without prior written permission.
